1. Account Usage
Each BeatScan account is intended for one individual user only.
Multiple users are not permitted to share, reuse, or access the same account under any circumstances.
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of the account without refund.
2. Subscription Billing
BeatScan uses Stripe as its payment processor for all subscription plans.
All subscription charges are billed automatically based on the plan you select.
If you choose to upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan, any fees already charged by Stripe are non-refundable.
Changes to your subscription will take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle, depending on your selected option.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellations do not result in refunds.
After cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period already paid for.
No partial or prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days of the subscription cycle.
4. Refunds
BeatScan does not offer refunds for:
- Monthly or yearly subscription fees
- Accidental purchases
- Plan changes
- Early cancellations
All payments are considered final.
5. Fair Use & Service Integrity
Users must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, scan restrictions, or other technical protections.
Abuse of the system (including automated scraping, excessive API calls, or fraudulent activity) may lead to account suspension without refund.
6. Modifications to the Service
BeatScan reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of major changes, but continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such updates.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BeatScan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms may be updated periodically, and it is the user's responsibility to review them regularly.
